Fund Services
GCP provides advisory and management services for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) which focus on Equity for Growth. GCP acts as Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). AIFM services include administration, reporting and compliance services. Mandates can be structured as
- fund management contracts,
- advisory contracts and
- managed accounts.
GCP’s competitive advantage is it’s experience in and focus on investments in high growth companies.
The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) is a European Union Directive that entered into force on 22 July 2013. It regulates:
- EU fund managers that manage alternative investment funds (essentially hedge funds and private equity funds) (“AIFs”);
- fund managers that manage AIFs established in the EU; and
- fund managers that market the units or shares of an AIF in the EU.
In Austria, GCP conducts businesses that are exempt from registration under certain transitory regulations of the AIFMD. In Luxembourg, GCP’s subsidiary (Gamma III Sarl) is a registered AIFM.
